At Minitab, LLC and all our subsidiaries (“Minitab”), our mission is to help our clients discover valuable insights in their data through Solutions Analytics™, our proprietary integrated approach to providing software and services that enable organizations to make better decisions that drive business excellence.
To support this mission, our Minitab Supplier Code of Conduct (“the Code of Conduct” or "Code") sets forth our expectations for Suppliers. Minitab encourages its Suppliers, partners, contractors, and customers to adhere to the same principles and standards that Minitab employees comply with.
Code of Conduct
Minitab expects all Suppliers to conduct themselves in a professional manner when interacting with Minitab and others. Below are the various key points of compliance and standards that Minitab upholds; Minitab requests that its Suppliers adhere to the following:
Intellectual Property Policy
Suppliers are required to protect Minitab’s confidential and proprietary information and respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Suppliers should avoid situations where personal interests or relationships conflict, or appear to conflict, with their responsibilities to Minitab.
Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy
Suppliers shall value and require a workplace free from harassment, abuse, and discrimination, where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
Suppliers shall maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against bribery and corruption, prohibiting any payments, gifts, or benefits intended to improperly influence business decisions or gain an advantage. This applies to employees and third parties acting on Minitab or Supplier’s behalf, and all activities must comply with applicable laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK’s Bribery Act 2010.
Privacy Policy
Suppliers shall be committed to protecting the privacy of employees, customers, and business partners.
Voluntary Employment Policy
Suppliers shall prohibit all forms of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor and ensure employment is voluntary and free from coercion. Suppliers should also respect employees’ rights to freedom of association in accordance with applicable laws.
Export Policy
Suppliers shall maintain compliance with all applicable export and import laws and regulations, including restrictions related to controlled technologies and embargoed countries.
Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Policy
Suppliers shall remain committed to an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees are respected and valued, regardless of their backgrounds or personal characteristics.
Record Retention Policy
Suppliers shall maintain accurate record-keeping and reporting to meet legal, regulatory, and business obligations. Records must be maintained and disposed of in accordance with established retention schedules.
Intimidation and Retaliation
Suppliers shall not tolerate intimidation or retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports an actual or suspected violation of laws, rules, regulations, Code of Conduct, or policies and procedures. Retaliation occurs when unfair consequences such as disciplinary actions or unfavorable pay or promotion decisions are made against an individual.
