Charles Snellgrove is President of Minitab, a company which helps businesses increase efficiency through smart data analysis and predictive analytics. After joining Minitab in 1999, Mr. Snellgrove held several senior leadership positions before becoming Chief Technology Officer in 2008. In this role, he led the transformation of the development organization, as well as provided vision and technical leadership for creating Companion’s cloud-based dashboard and project repository and built a Mac OS version of Minitab Statistical Software. In 2016, Mr. Snellgrove took over as President where he continued to transform the organization. In 2017 he led the integration of Salford Systems, a data mining and predictive analytics software company. He has also overseen the company’s expansion, opening four new offices on three continents. Mr. Snellgrove has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; a master’s degree in mathematics from Georgia State University; and an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Peter Ruggiero is Executive Vice President-Global Operations and Technology for Crayola LLC, the leading consumer products brand in the children’s creative expression category. Mr. Ruggiero began his career with Deloitte & Touche and Union Pacific Corporation. At Crayola, Mr. Ruggiero has been a key part of a senior leadership team that has transformed Crayola into an innovation company and diversified its business model through its expansion into international markets and by opening multiple Crayola Experience locations. Under his leadership, Crayola’s global supply chain enables Crayola’s strategy through the automation of U.S. manufacturing, the integration of structured problem solving (LEAN and Six Sigma), the development of Crayola’s regional supply and logistics networks, and the execution of numerous sustainability initiatives, including a 3.0 megawatt solar farm at Crayola’s corporate headquarters.
Mr. Ruggiero graduated with an accounting degree from Villanova University, where he played varsity football, and earned his MBA in supply chain management from Lehigh University. He is a certified public accountant and was honored in 2012 by Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics with its inaugural Global Impact Award. He serves the community as Board Chair of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
Amy graduated from Lafayette College with a BS in Chemical Engineering. She has attained MBB status and two certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Leadership while with Tyco Healthcare. At Greene, Tweed she manages continuous improvement, bridging manufacturing and quality goals in rubber and plastics processing and fabrication in Lansdale, PA. For over 20 years her tag line has been “there can always be a better way.” She lives in Allentown, PA with her family and enjoys travelling.
