  • Minitab's Interview Process

    Minitab is committed to finding the right person for the right job. If you apply for a position, your resume will be forwarded to the appropriate manager, who will review all resumes and select a pool of applicants for phone interviews.

    After the phone interviews, the manager will choose which candidates to bring in-house for interviews. If you are interviewed by phone but not selected for an in-house interview, you will be notified by e-mail.

    In-house interviews

    • Last approximately three hours.
    • Include separate meetings with a group of supervisors, a group of peers, and a benefits representative.
    • Follow a “Round Robin” format, with each person, including you, asking a question in turn.

    Once the in-house interviews are complete, successful candidates will be contacted by phone. All other in-house interviewees will be notified by e-mail.
