Computational Bayesian Statistics using Minitab Macros:

The following site contains a set of macros distributed with the textbook Understanding Computational Bayesian Statistics by William M. Bolstad published by John Wiley and Sons. These macros perform Bayesian analysis by drawing random samples from the posterior distribution using Markov chain Monte Carlo methods. The Metropolis-Hastings method is used on the logistic regression model, the Poisson regression model, and the Proportional Hazards model. Gibbs sampling is used on the hierarchical normal mean model with regression on covariates. Also included are macros demonstrating the Metropolis-Hastings on mixtures of normal distributions using both random-walk and  independent candidate distributions, demonstrating blockwise Metropolis-Hastings and Gibbs sampling on correlated normal distributions, and making Bayesian inferences such as credible intervals or hypothesis testing using a random sample from the posterior.

Bayesian Analysis using Minitab Macros:

The following site contains a set of macros distributed with the textbook Introduction to Bayesian Statistics by William M. Bolstad, 2nd Edition, published by John Wiley and Sons. The macros perform Bayesian analysis for the binomial proportion, Poisson parameter, normal mean (with known variance) and normal variance (with known mean) for discrete, continuous, and conjugate priors. Also included are macros for Bayesian analysis of the simple linear regression model, and macros for robust Bayesian statistics using mixture priors.

Minitab Macros for Resampling Methods:

The following site contains a set of macros which perform various resampling methods, such as bootstrapping and Monte Carlo procedures, in a variety of statistical settings.
