The latest in our series of quality events took place on Wednesday 24 March 2010 at the Regency Hotel Conference Centre in Dublin, Ireland, and welcomed delegates from a number of different industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, computer technology and communications.
The event incorporated a combination of speaker presentations, learning workshops and networking sessions. This meant that every attendee could return to their organization armed with new techniques using Minitab Statistical Software and Quality Companion.
Arvato Digital Services contributed a presentation entitled ‘Business Process Improvement: A competitive advantage’. This was followed by a demonstration of how data analysis can be used to improve the efficiency and quality using the example of an A&E Department within a hospital and led by one of Minitab’s Technical Training Specialists.
The afternoon sessions then provided all delegates with more interactive, practical workshops, covering basic to more advanced level skills using Minitab software.
Overall, the day was well received with comments such as:
“Well covered – small group helped too. All my questions were answered and well explained.”
“The workshop was excellent. It’s great to see a transactional project.”
“Very informative seminar.”
